I look forward to being able to afford a proper subscription...! Until then, I'll admire it from afar & close up!! Thx for the inspiration & care! :)

happy springtyme, sonflower. something under the ground remembered your name this week. the green things are coming up again whether we asked them to or not. your website is so lovely. it's bringing me back to the daze of when i loved being online when i was like 14.

i believe i replied to you outside of this space, but i happened upon this again so here i am. such beautiful words. <3 it's hard not to be moved by the new life of spring, the calls of birds. just now a bewick's wren visited me at my window, calling out. i hope you've been enjoying the liveliness of summer (in whatever ways work best for you). thank you for your sweetness. the early internet days are what inspired me!

Hi son, nice that you are learning how to code and you made your own site. Although I am not working much as a full stack developer, I made this website all the way back in like 2020: https://mateobaltar.vercel.app/ . It's a single page application made with react so it doesn't really have a backend. Lemme know what you've been learning so far and what you would like to do in the future!

hey!! this is such a delayed response - the past few months have been a wild ride. i really appreciate your message though! thank you (: it's cool seeing your website, too. it's so slick!! that's awesome you were working as a dev, as well. i'm a total baby to all of this. so much of what i've been learning are the basics - how to make images do what i'd like, how to make things more accessible, way too much time trying to figure out why something won't centre properly, hahah, things like that! but i'd like to be able to make a beautiful, interactive and engaging site one day. i'd also love to blend it with interactive fiction, thouuugh i don't know what that means for me just yet. i'd love to hear what you've been up to lately and if you've been working on anything!
